Colorectal Cancer App

Project Description

Partnered with researcher Erin Van Blargian, ScD, to design and build a mobile app to be used in a 12-week study she conducted on Colorectal Cancer Survivors' dietary changes post cancer. In this study survivors set intake goals and tracked their intake of key food groups using a mobile app.  The app collected valuable data that allowed the researchers to evaluate behavior change while educating participants about how to make healthier food decisions.

As the UX Strategist on this project, my role was to help define scope and prioritize features with the client. I achieved this through creating wireframes based on client input and user research. I also worked closely with the engineer to gather insights about cost and technical feasibility for the client.
